Personal Training Session #2

My second personal training session was yesterday.

It was tough.

I didn't throw up :)

My legs felt like jell-o at the end.

Today I'm feeling muscles ache that I didn't even know I had, but I still got my 'homework' done (cardio on the elliptical).

Looking forward to a day off tomorrow, then back with my trainer on Monday.
